Membership Rules & Regulations:

• Membership is at management’s discretion.

• By becoming a member of Mill Hotel, you consent to receive promotional information via email and/or via SMS text. You may opt-out at any time. For more information on data protection, view our Privacy Policy.

• Mill Hotel is open to all people aged 18-years or over.

• Proof of age will still be required prior to entering licensed premises.

• Membership is non-transferable and may be revoked at any time at the sole discretion of management without prior notice.

• All members are subject to the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). The Privacy Policy is accessible at [insert link to Privacy Policy].

Birthday Benefits:

• Customer is responsible for ensuring their birthday details are correct when signing up. Mill Hotel takes no responsibility if your details are incorrect.

• Mill Hotel members will receive a voucher on the 1st of their birthday month and will be valid until the last day of the birthday month. Voucher can be used for Food, Beverage & Bottleshop. Purchases in 1 transaction. Unused credit is void.

• Vouchers are only redeemable within the birthday month i.e. 1st to 31st January.

• To receive birthday benefits, members must have signed up as Mill Hotel members by the 25th of the month prior.

• Members can only redeem their vouchers via the live app only. You must have a form of identification (Driver's Licence, Proof of Age Card, or Passport accepted) with your date of birth on it, to redeem (if requested by the venue).

• Vouchers are not valid with any other promotion/discounts/special events (i.e. 2 for 1, Happy Hours, etc). In regard to public holidays, you may use your birthday voucher. Please be advised there is a surcharge on Public Holidays and Sundays.

• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

Vouchers General:

• Mill Hotel members may receive vouchers up to a certain $ value or offer. Vouchers can be used for Food, Beverage & Bottleshop purchases in 1 transaction. Unused credit is void.

• Vouchers are only redeemable within the dates specified.

• Vouchers are not valid with any other promotion/discounts/special events and public holidays.

• Vouchers are not redeemable for cash and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.

• The Mill Hotel reserves the right to amend or withdraw any voucher offer at any time without prior notice.

Dispute Resolution:

• In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with your membership or the use of vouchers, the matter shall be handled in accordance with our dispute resolution process. Initially, you should email marketing@marlowhotelgroup.com.au with the details of the dispute. If the matter is not resolved internally within 14 days, both parties agree to attempt mediation before taking any further legal action.

Limitation of Liability:

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mill Hotel shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury of any kind (including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss) arising out of or in connection with your membership, the use of vouchers, or the inability to use vouchers, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
